On 4 November, we held our annual conference for representatives from the National Federation of Occupational Pensioners (NFOP) and BT’s Unions; CWU and Prospect.

We provided attendees with an update on the 2020 triennial valuation, activities at BTPSM, investment strategy, our net zero goal and the improvements we’ve been making to the service we provide to members.
